Physical Education

Joe Wicks, more commonly known as 'The Body Coach', is providing a live workout for children every weekday at 9am, on his YouTube Channel. You do not need to subscribe to join in!

This is a great way to keep children active while they are not able to go out as much as usual and could provide a fun start-of-day routine that they will look forward to.
