Write a diary of different exercise you do daily.
Record your heart rate at beginning and end of exercise and how long you do the exercise for.
Record how you felt before exercising and how you felt straight after and then an hour after that.
on Friday write a report explaining which exercises made you feel the best and why you think this is the case.
Create a poster to encourage other to do daily exercise and show them the benefits of doing this.
Make up your own keep fit routine to teach others in your household. Record it if you can and we can share it on the website.
